The hyper compensation of the mechanism guarantees a slight increase in the intermediate pressure as the pressure in the cylinder decreases. It provides its highest level of performance in the final phase of the dive, probably the most critical phase.
With a purpose to achieve extremely high performance in low-temperature environments, the Compact Pro 2nd stage, is designed with the special Thermoconductive Thermoplastic Neopolymer to dissipate heat.
Thanks to this material and a specially conceived safety valve, it will probably pass the entire tests to be used in cold water with flying colors.
