DORSAL Hatchet Surf SUP Longboard Surfboard Fins The Dewey Weber Hatchet Fin was once at the beginning designed by Dewey in 1965. The original template was once a big 18 inch. It was once known as the Turn Fin before adopting the nickname the Hatchet Fin. Once the function of the fin was once set Dewey worked on a profile that would be synonymous with Dewey Weber Surfboards. In early 2000 Cory Weber asked us to recreate this template the usage of our technology. Lately we offer two sizes this fin has been used in vintage boards in addition to some unfashionable shortboards. Turning with fins like these is usually accomplished by moving towards the back of the board and pivoting from the tail.
